Got questions? Here are the answers.
The essentials about deposits, arrival and live availability.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with contactless access via digital lock — you'll receive your personal code the day before arrival. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Can we check in earlier or check out later?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Let us know in advance and we'll confirm it the day before your arrival or departure.
Can we leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Before check-in, this can be arranged at the property after 11:30 AM, or at our office in Portixol (Carrer Vicari Joaquim Fuster 31), 9:00–17:00 (Fridays until 15:00). Please let us know in advance — our team isn't always on-site, so spontaneous drop-offs aren't possible.
We're having trouble with the digital lock — what should we do?
Enter the code slowly and steadily — the system sometimes needs a moment to react. If you hear the lock move but the door doesn't open, the latch may not be fully aligned; try entering the code once or twice more. If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we'll help right away.
The air conditioning/heating isn't working properly — what can we check?
Make sure the target temperature is set below the current room temperature for cooling, or above it for heating. For AC, please check manually that all windows are fully closed — otherwise it won't work properly. If it still doesn't run, check the fuse box next to the entrance. If the issue continues, just contact us.
There's no electricity or water — what should we do?
Power cuts can happen occasionally in Mallorca and are usually short. First check the fuse box . If the fuses look fine and power doesn't return within a few minutes, please let us know so we can assist.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes — towels, beach towels, and complete bedding are provided for your stay. If you need any extras, just let us know.
Can we travel with a baby or young child?
Yes, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Please let us know in advance so we can have everything ready for you.
Is parking included?
There's no private parking space, but free street parking is available nearby — just avoid yellow-marked areas and garage entrances. Please also note that blue-marked spaces are paid parking and are subject to a limited parking duration.
How can we get around the island?
Mallorca has two main bus networks: EMT Palma for city routes and TIB for intercity routes. For taxis, we recommend Taxis Palma Radio (+34 971 401 414, or WhatsApp +34 971 401 010). Uber is also available in Mallorca.
What is the "tourist tax" charge on my booking?
It's the Balearic Islands' official Sustainable Tourism Tax (Ecotasa/ITS), required by Spanish law and charged per adult, per night. The rate is €2 per adult per night in high season and €0.50 in low season. From the 9th night onwards, a 50% discount applies. Children under 16 years old are exempt from the tax.
Why do you need ID/passport details for all guests?
Spanish law requires all accommodation providers to register every guest with the authorities. You'll receive an online registration link before arrival — it only takes a few minutes to complete.
Who do we contact in case of an urgent issue?
For emergencies related to your reservation or the property, please call +34 711 01 51 93. For any serious emergency involving personal safety or physical integrity, please call the Spanish emergency number 112. For everything else, please contact us via your booking platform or email during office hours (Mon–Thu 9:00–18:00, Fri 9:00–15:00).
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome with prior notice and confirmation from us.
Are parties or events allowed?
No, parties and events are not allowed at any of our properties.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are non-refundable.
Is there a security deposit, or what happens if something gets damaged?
There's no fixed security deposit. In case of damage, any additional charge would be assessed on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have questions.
When do we need to pay for our booking?
Payment is due in full immediately at the time of booking.
